Chinese Description 		冷凍空調設備廣泛應用於一般家庭、住商大樓、各類工商產業、以及運輸業等，更大量使用新興科技的工業領域，舉凡電子工業、生技產業、國防工業、食品及農業科技等，因此冷凍空調產業已成為國家基礎工業之一。本課程針對冷凍空調相關實務與產業發展進行系列講授，以協助學生更深一層瞭解冷凍空調產業的相關技術與發展。
英文概述
English Description 		The equipment of refrigeration and air-conditioning have been utilized popularly in houses, business buildings, industries, and transportations. Recently, they are adopted in a considerable amount in the sunrise industries, such as electronics, biotech, national defense, food and farming industries, etc. Therefore, the industry of refrigeration and air-conditioning has become one of the national fundamental industries. In this course, the lectures would include introduction of the practical technologies and development of refrigeration and air-conditioning industry. The goal of this course is to let students understand the related technologies and development of refrigeration and air-conditioning industry in a deeper way.
