本課程主要是介紹六標準差方法。六標準差(Six Sigma)是一套管理系統,它是透過聆聽顧客的聲音(Voice of Customer),經由關鍵品質(Critical to Quality)的分析,利用專案的方式,以流程改善工具解決有問題的企業流程。本課程著重了解“Six Sigma”理論、分析工具及統計應用軟體(Minitab)之運用,針對六標準差綠帶、黑帶專業培訓課程,藉由理論分析與實際操作使用的說明,協助學生將”Six Sigma”導入企業,以獲得關鍵流程的改進。

English Description
This course primarily introduces the Six Sigma methodology. Six Sigma is a management system that listens to the Voice of Customer, analyzes Critical to Quality factors, and utilizes project-based approaches with process improvement tools to address problematic business processes. The course focuses on understanding the theory of Six Sigma, analysis tools, and the application of statistical software (Minitab). It is designed for Green Belt and Black Belt professional training in Six Sigma. Through theoretical analysis and practical exercises, the course assists students in implementing Six Sigma in enterprises to achieve improvements in key processes.
