| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 受到全球氣候變遷影響，加以國土地理環境限制與不當的開發利用，導致台灣在開發新水資源與永續利用上均面臨嚴峻挑戰。本課程之目的在於教導學生如何妥善規劃運用有限水資源，減少洪澇、旱災等之衝擊，以達成有限水資源永續經營與利用目標。課程以水文學為基礎，包含各項地表、地下水資源之評估、開發與經營管理，亦包含各項水工結構物之最佳化設計或安全性分析。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | Affected by global climate change, coupled with geographical and environmental restrictions and improper development and utilization, Taiwan faces severe challenges in the development of new water resources and sustainable utilization. The purpose of this course is to teach students how to properly plan and utilize limited water resources, reduce the impact of floods, droughts, etc., so as to achieve the goals of sustainable management and utilization of limited water resources. The course is based on hydrology and includes the assessment, development and management of various surface and underground water resources, as well as the optimal design or safety analysis of various hydraulic structures. | |||
