| 英文概述 English Description | As the economy in Taiwan develops, groundwater resources play an increasingly important role in both industry and domestic water supply. The discipline of groundwater covers three aspects: water quantity, water quality and disaster prevention. This course mainly introduces the basic principles of groundwater hydrology and well hydraulics, and tackles how to estimate the amount of regional groundwater resources and determine their safe yield, as a basis for planning and managing groundwater resources. | |||
