English Description
This course is structured in alignment with the syllabus and examination scope of the Professional Engineer (Electrical Engineering) Examination in the subject of Industrial Power Distribution. It systematically covers the theoretical foundations, analytical methods, and design principles of industrial power distribution systems. Major topics include distribution system configurations, load demand calculations, voltage drop and power loss derivations, short-circuit current analysis, protective device selection and coordination, grounding system design, transformer capacity planning, power factor correction and capacitor compensation, as well as the selection and specification of high- and low-voltage distribution equipment. The course emphasizes mathematical derivations, engineering calculation techniques, and structured problem-solving strategies based on typical examination-style questions.
