English Description
This course introduces the fundamental structure, operating principles, and system architecture of common electrical appliances and electromechanical equipment. Topics include electrical control circuits, motor drives, heating elements, refrigeration cycles, power conversion, and basic protection mechanisms. Through lectures and case-based analysis, students will apply prior knowledge from Circuit Theory, Electronics, and Electrical Machinery to understand the functional operation and system integration of practical equipment. Representative appliances—such as electric fans, rice cookers, hair dryers, refrigerators, and split-type air conditioners—are used as study cases to illustrate electrical system configuration and control logic. The course also introduces common failure modes and fundamental diagnostic concepts, enabling students to develop systematic equipment analysis skills and safe operation awareness.
