| 英文概述 English Description | This course will mainly introduce the concepts of precision mechanical systems and precision fabrication process. The key points of selecting and assembling of XY-stages, driving units, ball screws, linear motion elements, stepping motors and servo motor control units through PC-based controller will be also introduced and practical experimented in correspondence training course. | |||
