English Description
This course mainly teaches an introduction to low-orbit satellite communications and millimeter-wave antenna design. The content covers the basic theory of millimeter-wave communications, technical aspects, system design principles, low-orbit satellite communication network architecture, and practical applications. It is intended to build a bridge between theoretical concepts and practical applications in the field of advanced satellite communications. The objectives of this course include understanding the principles and applications of low-orbit satellite communications and millimeter-wave antenna design in satellite systems, and learning satellite antenna system design, including link budget, beam manipulation, antenna design and simulation. Explore the use of software control technology for RF front-end equipment in satellite communications, and examine current trends, challenges, and future prospects for millimeter-wave satellite communications.
