隨著雲端運算服務的廣為使用及網際網路服務的發展,我們已經處於大數據時代,如何處理與儲存大數據、如何從大數據中,探勘有用的知識,成為近年來熱門的研究議題。本課程內容尚包括如何處理與分析大數據、如何更進一步從大數據分析發展市場行銷與顧客關係管理策略,大數據各種案例實務探討等。 強化企業與顧客之關係並應用大量的顧客資料庫,促使顧客滿意及忠誠回應而產生終身價值,進而提昇企業獲利。顧客關係管理內容包含:顧客關係管理的概念與本質、顧客行為、顧客資料探勘、顧客關係管理系統、顧客關係管理的績效衡量、顧客關係管理實務研討。
英文概述
English Description
With the development of cloud computing services and Internet services, it has generated a very huge amount of data. How to handle and store this big data and how to mine useful knowledge from big data have become popular research topics. The contents of this course also include how to handle and store big data, and how to develop marketing and customer relationship management strategies thru big data analysis, and various big data case studies. Close relationship between enterprise and customer and utilization of huge customer database enhance the customer satisfaction and loyalty which create customer lifetime value and enterprise revenue. The contents of this course also include the essence of customer relationship management, customer behavior, customer data mining, customer relationship management system, performance evaluation of customer relationship management and various customer relationship management case studies.
