| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程含兩個部份。第一部分企業金融的課程著重於討論代理問題對企業融資、投資決策、股利政策、企業價值與績效的影響。 第二部分金融大數據課程讓修課學生靈活的運用各種大數據探勘與分析演算法、社群文字探勘及機器學習演算法等技術，分析各項金融資料。透過實際金融數據分析案例及實務資料操做，補強資訊背景學生之金融產業知識，並讓修課同學了解資訊科技於金融資料分析之實務應用，以培育業界金融科技人才。課程內容以模組的方式進行，包括：「數據分析」、「機器學習」以及「金融大數據實務」。課程也將擷取網路中的開放財經數據，進行金融資料之預處理、分析及預測結果之驗證，協助修課學生建構高預測能力及穩定性之數據探勘模型。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | This course consists of two modules. The first module, corporate finance, highlights how agency problems affect firms’ financial and investment decisions, dividend policy, firm value, and performance. The second module, Big data in finance, teaches students to use various techniques of big data mining and analysis algorithms, text mining of social media, and machine learning algorithms to analyze financial data. In this course, by case study, we will strengthen the financial knowledge of information background students. Also, the students can understand how to select and well organize various information technologies. The course is organized in modules, including "Data Analysis", "Machine Learning" and "Big Data Practice for Financial Data analysis." The course will also teach students to collect open financial data from the Internet, and experience the KDD process to establish a prediction model with high forecasting ability and stability. | |||
