面對國際多元化人文地理與異質性的市場需求,如何研究與發展有效地國際市場行銷策略與管理為本課程的主要目標。學生將學習國際企業面對經營環境變化,如何成功地進入國際市場,進而展開國際市場行銷策略與活動,建構企業競爭優勢,創造卓越經營績效。本課程透過有系統地介紹國際企業、國際環境、國際市場進入策略、國際市場行銷策略與行銷組合決策等,並利用案例分析將學術理論與管理實務作連結,訓練學生發展從事國際市場行銷的知識與方法,期望使學生深入瞭解國際市場情形,並具備規劃與執行國際市場行銷策略的能力。

Facing international diversified geography and heterogeneity demand,the main goal of this course is how to study and develop effective international marketing strategy and management. Students will learn that how international companies, in the changing business environment, successfully enter the international market, and then expand the international marketing strategy and activities, construct competitive advantage, and create excellence business performance. The course through the systematic introduction of international business, international environment, international market entry strategies, international marketing strategy and marketing mix decisions, etc., and the use of case studies to academic theory and management practices for the link, trains students to develop knowledge in the international marketing of and methods, This course is expected to enable students to understand the international market situation, and allows students to have the ability to plan and implement
