English Description
There are so many people with the high stress in the workplace. It’s demonstrated that practicing mindfulness can bring improvements in both physical and psychological symptoms as well as positive changes in health, attitudes, and behaviors. The advantages of integrating mindfulness in the workplace including:higher brain functioning;reduced work-related stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and psychological distress .Improves job performance, greater job satisfaction, and decreasing turnover and burnout.
