| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 創業財務是一門討論新創事業之價值與資源分配的學問，目的在處理企業家所面臨的挑戰與關鍵問題，包含如何募資、何時該募資、跟誰募資、合理的估值、投資協議書和投資退出策略等。本課程的設計是為了讓計劃在職涯中某個階段參與新創事業的學生能夠建立關於創業財務的基本知識，以預備在未來成為企業創辦人、早期核心成員、創業顧問或投資人。本課程也適合對創業財務有興趣的學生，能夠從課程中獲得對創業投資和天使創投、創投債務融資、銀行融資、機構型創投和應收帳款融資有更廣泛的認識。本課程的目的是幫助學生作為未來的管理者在創業環境中做出更好的投資和融資決策。該課程涵蓋了從創業到退出的整個生命週期的各個階段，並探討交易結構、激勵機制、商業模式和估值等問題。學生將獲得撰寫商業計劃書的經驗與練習機會，針對財務比率分析、現金流量管理、財務預測、資本的成本和資本預算、估值、募資、風險管理和退出策略等進行規畫，透過小組報告的方式，完成一個專業的新創財務計畫提案。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | Entrepreneurial finance is the study of value and resource allocation, applied to new ventures. It addresses key questions which challenge all entrepreneurs: how much money can and should be raised; when should it be raised and from whom; what is a reasonable valuation of the startup; and how should funding contracts and exit decisions be structured. This course is primarily designed for students who plan to get involved with a new venture at some point in their career - as a founder, early employee, advisor or investor. However, the course is also appropriate for students interested in gaining a broader view of the financing landscape for young firms, going beyond the basics of venture capital and angel financing to look at venture debt, bank finance, corporate venture capital and receivables financing.
