本課程的目標在於讓學生從設計的角度學習運算思維。透過生活中的案例分析及設計決策一步步引領學生了解運算的邏輯,使學生具備其基礎觀念以及進行創作或程式撰寫之能力。課程內容包括基本運算思維的本質、大數據的思維、演算法設計、數據分析延伸至資訊視覺化的介面設計等等。教學以課堂講授與作業練習為主要方式,並以報告、分組討論與發表為評量依據。
英文概述
English Description
The aim of this course is to learn the computational thinking from the view point of design. Through the case study from our daily life and decision making, the course will lead students to understand the logic of computing, and make student have the ability to program their own works. The contents involve the introduction of defining computational thinking, big data, algorithmic design, data analysis, and information visualization. The teaching method include lectures, homework, and presentation based on the course assessment of assigned project.
