In the increasingly competitive business battles, how to fight for, consolidate, treat and maintain major customers, improve customer loyalty and create the highest value of customers is a very important issue for today's enterprises. This course will introduce the theory and practice of customer relationship management with theory and application cases, and with multiple reference materials to understand how companies can achieve the goals of accurate marketing and strengthening customer loyalty.
