| 英文概述 English Description | This course, through discussing cases of trial verdict to understand labor disputes and the practice of management, can help students in advance realize the career conditions, human resource management within industries, and being familiar with labor laws, as well as inquiry, analysis, and application of judgement of interpretation letters. It is expected to well prepare for work career, and reduce gap between learning and application. The course has 18 hours and will be divided into 6 topics (each for 3 hours), by inviting human resource lecturers in industries to discuss with the instructor. | |||
