本課程透過判決案例的研討瞭解勞資爭議處理與經營管理實務?幫助修課同學提早瞭解職場狀況?企業內人事管理運作實務,以及熟悉勞動法規、函釋判決等實務資料的查索、分析、運用技巧,以期作好就業生活準備,縮小學用落差。 全部課程18小時的授課,將分6主題(每主題3小時)邀集人資工作業界講師與開課老師共同進行研討。

English Description
This course, through discussing cases of trial verdict to understand labor disputes and the practice of management, can help students in advance realize the career conditions, human resource management within industries, and being familiar with labor laws, as well as inquiry, analysis, and application of judgement of interpretation letters. It is expected to well prepare for work career, and reduce gap between learning and application. The course has 18 hours and will be divided into 6 topics (each for 3 hours), by inviting human resource lecturers in industries to discuss with the instructor.
