| 英文概述 English Description | This course will equip students with both theoretical and practice knowledge about the Indigenous People Traditional Intellectual Creation Protection Act. The Act is anchored in the autonomy theory in the cultural context but share many characteristics with other IP laws. By learning this Act, it opens the gate for students to explore the history and culture developments of indigenous people, also help students explore more cultural aspect of intellectual property laws. | |||
