| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程將以案例研討為討論基礎，準備實際電機技術(元件、電路、方法)之專利申請案，讓同學模擬實際申請專利的過程，首先是進行專利檢索與分析，討論專利佈局的策略；接著讓同學進行專利說明書(含申請專利範圍)撰寫實習，模擬實際上申請各國專利之程序，然後討論之後專利答辯、領證繳費及後續維護事宜。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | In this course, we will focus on the practices of the patent application in electrical engineering technology. Students will learn how to do patent search and analysis, write specification/drawings/claims, and reply office action responses. In addition, the practical aspects of international patent application are presented. The patent filing and maintenance strategies will be also discussed in class. | |||
