| 英文概述 English Description | Primary contents of this course are focused on case analyses, and its teaching method is trademark legal theories analyses in order to further introduce significant disputes about Taiwan trademark practices. Thus, students could understand how to concretely apply laws, precedents, or theories to judicial practices. In addition, this course will also introduce relevant foreign theories and well-known judicial cases to develop students’ abilities of examining and analyzing domestic/foreign trademark cases when students take this course. | |||
