| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 課程包含行政程序法與行政訴訟法兩部分： 行政程序法將說明行政機關在行使職權時應遵循之程序，包含行政處分、締結行政契約、訂定法規命令與行政規則、確定行政計畫、實施行政指導及處理陳情等行為之程序。 行政訴訟法則探討行政訴訟制度進行之方式，了解現行制度及相關之原理原則及基本概念，並探討行政訴訟之實務運作應如何進行。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | This course will include two parts: Administrative Procedure Act and Administrative Procedural Law. The administrative Procedure Act will introduce the procedures to be followed by an administrative agency in carrying out an administrative act, including administrative sanctions, administrative contracts, promulgations of the law, determinations of the administrative plans, administrative guidances and deals with the petitions. As for Administrative Procedural Law, this course will introduce how Administrative proceedings work, the principles behind it, and some practical experiences. | |||
