互動行銷(Interactive marketing)是一種存在於顧客與員工間的新興關係,將公司的服務提供給顧客的互動行為,讓顧客有賓至如歸的感受;互動行銷的主要元素是「人」,積極地跟消費者的「心」做互動才是重點。現今最常出現的方式是由許多廠商或個人企業家架設網站或部落格(Blog)來增加與顧客互動的機會,互動行銷的新革命是讓消費者在網站上自主且積極地討論你的品牌或產品,將服務重點著眼於跟顧客的良好互動,不只是傳統上單純的交易行為。

English Description
Interactive marketing is the emerging relationship existing between customers and employees. It belongs to the interactive behavior which not only provides a service for customers, but also expects to make the guests feel as comfortable as they are at home. The essential element in interactive marketing is human beings. It is important to interact actively with customers' minds. For nowadays companies, the most popular and common way to present this marketing strategy is to set up a site or blog to increase the interaction with customers. Unlike the traditional transaction, the companies stress its service on the interaction with customers, making their customers discuss their brand and products actively of their free will through the internet.
