| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程主要關注台灣發明、新型與設計專利申請的程序觀點。由於涵蓋範圍較廣，故分為專利申請實務(1)與專利申請實務(2)兩門課講授，本課程為後續之專利申請實務(2)。其相關的主題包括審查意見答覆寫作、修正、答覆與審查過程、更正與舉發過程、行政救濟程序與書狀寫作和專利申請策略。此外，國際專利申請的實務觀點也會在課堂上討論以做為比較。本課程教材包括專利申請教科書、各國專利申請實務與審查基準、和法院判決等。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | This course focuses on the procedural aspect of invention patent, utility model and design patent prosecution in Taiwan. As a wide range of different topics are designed to be covered, two courses named “Practice in Patent application (1)” and “Practice in Patent application (2)” are being offered and this is the second course (2). The topics cover office action response drafting, amendment, response and examination procedures, post-grant amendment and invalidation procedure, administrative remedy and petition brief drafting, and patent filing strategy, etc. In addition, the practical aspect of international patent prosecution is presented for comparison. The class materials include a patent prosecution textbook, patent prosecution and examination guidelines from different counties, and court decisions. | |||
