| 英文概述 English Description | With the era of knowledge-based economy and the trend of globalization, the effective use of science and technology management, has become the core competitiveness of high-tech industries. The purpose of the design of the patent system is to encourage, protect, use inventions, new and creative design to promote industrial development. Practically, after the patentee obtains the patent right, but not each patentee has the commercialization ability, but can actually manufacture the patent product, and the volume production, the marketing. In view of the above, this course not only maximizes the intellectual property but also enables the patentee(s) to acquire and transfer intellectual property, technology forecasting, technology valuation and financing, technology transfer and licensing contracts, and commercialization of technology.
