| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 一、重點置於國際私法及區際私法之體系、重點、基本原理原則，以及解決問題之層次方法。重質不重量，期使同學於修完本課程後，在自行進修或準備國家考試時，或實際運用時，能事半功倍。 二、理解國際及區際裁判管轄權。 三、理解準據法等國際私法總論及各論 四、法律條文之理解與運用： （一）涉外民事法律適用法。 （二）其他相關條文：臺灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例、民事訴訟法第182之2條、第283條、第402條、強制執行法第4之1條、家事事件法第53條、國籍法等。 五、理解外國及大陸確定民事裁判之承認與執行。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | Private International Law traditionally covers three areas important to cross-border transactions and dispute settlement often referred to as conflict of laws: jurisdiction, the determination of applicable law, and the recognition and enforcement of judgments. This course will focus on these core issues and give attention to broader issues of international private law. We will review major international legal topics and their importance to litigation practice. | |||
