| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程講授醫療照護之社會背景、法規與措施；探討因應高齡社會之長期照護制度、預防性照顧與長照服務、健康老人照顧關懷等服務系統。針對「長照服務量能提升」之需求，本課程介紹支持性環境設施（Assisted Living Facilities, ALF）的理念，探討支持性環境設施的設計與改善，藉以減輕照護人員的負擔，同時維持病人生活自主以及減緩病情的惡化。 針對支持性環境設施的設計與改善，本課程闡述產品設計與服務設計之使用性理論，課程內容包括相關的理論和案例研討。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | This course explores the theories of Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) for health care, especially for people with mild and moderate cognitive decline. The application of user needs study and theories of usability on services and products will accommodate the diversity of user base, while supports a broad range of hardware, software, and service network on health care. Issues on Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) will be discussed in order to generate initiatives in response to unmet needs, and then accommodate differences among various user groups. Students are required to study selected literature and present in seminar discussion group. | |||
