講授金屬凝固過程中熱能的變化,結晶的成長大小, 結晶的型式,凝固時溫度梯度及熔液的氣體含量與 微縮孔的關係等等相關理論,以這些理論為基礎分 析金屬凝固完成後那些部位可能產生何種缺陷,進 而事先設計一較佳之凝固模式.

English Description
The course covers changes in thermal energy during the solidification process of metals, crystal growth size, crystal forms, temperature gradients during solidification, gas content of the melt, and its relation to shrinkage porosity, among other related theories. On the basis of these theories, the course analyzes what types of defects may occur in which areas after metal solidification is completed and then designs an optimal solidification model in advance.
