中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程主要是介紹金屬、陶瓷、高分子材料之先進製造技術,以利修課學生能了解各種材料製程之原理、限制及其應用領域。另外,課程中也將介紹真空製程在材料製造所扮演的角色,並介紹基礎真空技術及理論。課程後半段將聚焦在材料的3D列印(積層製造)技術,包含美國材料試驗協會(ASTM)所分類的七大類3D列印技術,如粉體床熔化成型、黏結劑噴塗等製程技術。 | |||
英文概述 English Description | This course mainly introduces advanced manufacturing technologies of metals, ceramics, and polymer materials, so that students can understand the principles, limitations and application fields of various material manufacturing processes. In addition, the course will also introduce the role of the vacuum process in material manufacturing and introduce basic vacuum technology and theory. The second half of the course will focus on 3D printing (additive manufacturing) technology of materials, including the seven major categories of 3D printing technologies classified by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), such as powder bed fusion, binder jetting, and other AM technologies. |
