Content includes the specimen preparations, the work principles of ion miller, TEM basic structure and apparatus, TEM alignments and electron beam adjustments, the formations of diffraction patterns, different operating techniques on diffraction geometry and the formations of images, the EDS operations, software applications, and the treatments of the films. | |||
