| 英文概述 English Description | This course aims to explore the need for adjustments in the business model of enterprises facing the impact of digital transformation. Among them, how to plan and operate the business model under digitalization, and how to use and integrate data into the operating mechanism is an important topic. Therefore, in addition to basic digital business models and basic concepts of tree-residential-driven operations and their corresponding theoretical lectures, the course also explores industrial cases in order to enhance students’ understanding of practical applications. | |||
