| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 在本課程中，將針對製藥工業進行概論性之講解與說明。本課程主要分為三大部分。首先針對藥物化學的部分進行介紹，藉由藥物化學的講解，介紹藥物分子開發過程中之設計方式與技巧。第二部分則是針對藥品開發流程進行說明，說明藥物開發過程中，每一階段的重要性以及重點。最後一部分將針對製藥製程進行講解，由工程之角度，討論製藥程序之設計與放大。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | This is an introductory course to pharmaceutical industry. In this course, the basic concept in pharmaceutical industry is illustrated and discussed. The main goal is to introduce students to understand the pharmaceutical industry. This course will be divided into three parts for medicinal chemistry, procedure of drug product development and pharmaceutical manufacturing technology. In the first part, the medicinal chemistry will be discussed for how to design an appropriate drug molecule. In the second part, the procedure for drug product development from lab to market will be discussed. Finally, from the viewpoint of engineering, design and scale up the pharmaceutical process will be illustrated. | |||
