| 英文概述 English Description | This course covers topics in the interdisciplinary of organic chemistry and biochemistry. Both areas employ techniques of organic chemistry and biochemistry to better understand and/or to manipulate biological processes. Both areas employ model compounds as relatively simple structures used to understand very complex biological phenomena. Bioorganic Chemistry (Chemical Genetics, Chemical Biology, Molecular recognition/supramolecular Chemistry, Biomimetic Chemistry) applies the principles and techniques of organic chemistry to solve a problem relevant to biology or to perform an organic chemical study inspired by a biological observation. | |||
