| 英文概述 English Description | The course is designed to introduce the modern molecular techniques -microarrays. The proper procedures, application, data analysis will be involved. Major topics will be given as below: Whole Genome Association , Tiling Arrays, SNPs, Copy Number Analysis, ChIP on Chip, Application of other microarrays. Students are expected to make 1-2 presentations with content related to this course during the semester. | |||
