| 英文概述 English Description | The course is designed to familiarize students with commonly used medical implants - how they work and what they are made of. Also an introduction of implant materials testing methods, mostly metal alloys and polymers, will be laid out in the class. A few simple surgery procedures are included in the lecture. Students are expected to make 1-2 presentations with content related to this course during the semester. | |||
