中文概述 Chinese Description | 課程上設計了兩大部分 一為生物技術產業概論-基礎;另一為生物技術產業概論-進階。 基礎部分以分析化學為切入點,再進入蛋白質與酵素之生化領域,再擴展到各種大小分子的整合應用,最後引進細胞與組織工程的建構;接下來再以各重要特化領域,進行分項介紹,包含特用化學品、食品科學、醫療藥品與植物科學,期待學員們能確時掌握各項領域之技術與應用。 進階部分以最具發展潛力之生物工業、植物食品、生物晶片、基因體學、蛋白質體學、幹細胞為六大標的,各分為Part A:介紹各產業中相對應用之相關生物技術;Part B:針對各型產業之市場進行介紹與討論;Part C:進行生物技術產業案例之專題討論,務求學員由實務中得到知識也獲取寶貴經驗,以面對迷人又深具挑戰的生物科技產業。 | |||
英文概述 English Description | The course is divided into two sections: (1) Fundamental of industry of biotechnology and (2) Advance of industry of biotechnology. Section (1) gives a general introduction from the aspect of analytical chemistry that covers protein chemistry and enzymology, micro- and macromolecule, tissue engineering, fine chemicals, food science, pharmaceutical and botanical sciences. Section (2) covers topics on bioindustry, nutritional science, bio-chip development, proteomics, protein science and stem cell research, in which the content is divided into three subparts namely, Part A An overview of technologies used in each topic; Part B An introduction to markets and trends; Part C Case study. We hope all participants will gain insight on today's biotechnology and get ready to meet future challenges. |
