| 英文概述 English Description | The objective of this course is to let graduate students establish some fundamentals and practices related to organic semiconductor devices and flat-panel technology based on organic semiconductors. This course is also used as part of the prerequisite of advanced course named "Physics of Organic Semiconductor Devices". The topics of this course include: (1)Basis of the organic semiconductor devices (2)Practical technique of the organic semiconductor devices (3)Technologies of the organic semiconductor flat-panel displays Except for lecturing, term-paper and presentation of special topic are also included as grading policy. | |||
