| 英文概述 English Description | The technology of films coating has advanced dramatically. This advancement was driven primarily by the need for new products and devices in the electronics and optical industries etc.. The rapid progress in various devices would not have been possible without the development of new films coating technology, improved film characteristic and superior film qualities. This course is intended to serve us a guide for the students or practitioner in the field, as a review and overview of this rapidly evolving technology for the graduate students in several branches of science and engineering. | |||
