This course introduce the theory and method of Strategic Marketing, and discuss how a company can apply marketing strategy to gain morw opportunity and avoid thret in his related industry. The topics conver envoirnment analysis, managing concept and strategic management, strategy enactment, customer behavor analysis, competition behavor analysis, marketing information system and marketing research, marketing segment and target market, position of competition, strategy of product, strategy of pricing, strategy of place(channel) and strategy of promotion.
