| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 人類賴以維生的地球自然資源日益匱乏，如何減少生態資源的消耗，同時增加經濟生產效率，乃是世界各國在追求永續發展的過程中所共同面臨的問題與挑戰。生態效益主要在於探討如何提昇資源利用效率，降低污染壓力，改善環境績效。「生態效益與永續發展」課程規劃為三學分，授課內容將涵蓋生態效益與經濟發展、生態效益與環境績效、生態效益的定義與評量、如何落實生態效益、生態效益伙伴關係、企業角色功能、案例研究等。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | The natural resources,of which human being is heavily depending upon,are becoming scarcer as time goes by. How to reduce the depletion of natural resources while to increase the efficiency of economic production is the common problem and challenge for every countries in the world to encounter in pursuing sustainable development.Eco-efficiency is mainly to address the way to raise the efficiency of resources utilization,to reduce pollution stress, and to improve environmental performance. "Eco-efficiency and sustainable development"is designed as a 3-hour course. The content of this course will cover the following issues,including Eco-efficiency and economic development, Eco-efficiency and environmental performance, definition and assessment of Eco-efficiency, implementation of Eco-efficiency,Eco-efficiency partership,role and function of business,and case studies. | |||
