| 英文概述 English Description | Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a framework that can be adopted by software developing organizations to improve their software development process and product quality. CMMI is also applicable for assessing a contractor's capability. This course will cover the fundamentals of CMMI including: (1) Introductory concepts of CMMI; (2) Process areas in maturity level 2 (excluding SAM), including Requirements Management (REQM), Project Planning (PP), Project Monitoring and Control (PMC), Measurement and Analysis (MA), Process and Product Quality Assurance (PPQA) and Configuration Management (CM); (3) Engineering Process areas in maturity level 3, including Requirements Development (RD), Technical Solution (TS), Product Integration (PI), Verification (VER) and Validation (VAL); (4) Introduction to appraisals with SCAMPI; and (5) Case studies. | |||
