英文概述 English Description | This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to design intelligent conversational bot application systems using Line Messaging API and WeChat Open Platform. Course spans a variety of technologies such as natural language understanding tools, Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson Assistant, API management framework, GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and AWS (Amazon Web Service) cloud platform services to design and manage conversation flows for intelligent customer service systems. Programming exercises and term projects are included to help students understand the basic ideas and practical tools in intelligent conversational bot system design. |
