| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 1.數位科技時代在摩爾定律的預估下，地球上人類生活經濟的變化，已非從工業經濟時代的經營觀念與法則所能因應。 2.創新設計已成為了企業因變應變的主要法則，美國設計管理協會副主席GE公司業務副總裁Beth Comstock於2011國際美國設計管理協會年會 (DMI)中曾提出，「在21世紀企業經營重點在創新設計，創新設計的重點是如何有效應用於企業經營」。美國商業週刊2005/7月封面故事標題是「明日的商學院可能被設計學院取代」美國哈佛大學管理論壇專文曾提出未來企業經營主管將不只要在經管團隊中聘請設計師，而本身應該成為一個設計師。 3.本課程是今日數位科技時代，企業應用創新設計思維進行創新的核心課程，並以3M前新產品開發主管Gerard H.
