| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程的目的是協助研究生準備進行有關設計史、設計理論與設計評論等主題之碩士論文研究，與實務專題設計之創作理念與風格的理論探討，提供總體觀照設計思潮所需之理論縱深與歷史距離。課程內容以多元辨證方式，針對(1)各種設計思想與運動：現代主義與後現代主義、結構主義與後結構主義、資本主義與社會主義等，以及(2)各派設計論述：行為派、系統派、認知派、語言派、歷史派、社會派等。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | The objective of this course is to help graduate students to prepare their master's theses that are related to design history, theories and criticism, or to review related design concepts and styles for their graduate projects. This course provides the necessary theoretical perspectives and historical distances and its contents contain pluralism-oriented reflections of (1) design thoughts and movements: modernism and post-modernism, structuralism and post-structuralism, capitalism and socialism, and (2) design discourses: behavioral research, systematic science, cognitive science, linguistics, history, sociology, and alternative design). | |||
