英文概述 English Description | The viewpoint of international business executive focus into the issues of negotiation. The objectives of this course are to provide understanding some of the core concepts of the negotiation and to acquaint application approach of the practice. Negotiation is a kind of trade and an on-going process of problem uncovering, as well as a communications art that synthesizes strategies and wisdoms. Accordingly, International business negotiation is a process of mutual understanding, communicating, and conflicts and problems solving in the business. The negotiation topics cover nature, conceptual, framework, theory and model of negotiation and to analyze, plan, strategy, tactics, and implement successful negotiation. This can provide groups discussion and improve negotiate strategy. |
