| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程之目的在探討如何運用量化的管理決策模型來解析管理上的各種問題，主要決策模型求解方法有：線性規劃、整數規劃、非線性規劃、層級分析法與網路分析法等。課程內容主要以案例說明為主，讓同學瞭解理論如何與實際問題結合，故課程中會用工程與管理上之各種實際應用問題做說明，最佳化求解軟體與決策工具軟體會用來進行問題求解與輔助說明所得數據之管理意涵，並進行模型成本效益分析。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | The purpose of this course is to discuss how to use quantitative management decision-making models to analyze various management problems. The methods for solving the decision-making models include: linear programming, integer programming, nonlinear programming, hierarchical analysis process and network process etc. The course content is mainly based on case illustrations such that students can understand how the theory is combined with practical problems. Therefore, various practical application problems in engineering and management will be used to explain the models. Optimization software and decision-making tools will be used to solve the problems and assist in explaining the management implications of the obtained data, and perform model cost-benefit analysis. | |||
