英文概述 English Description | The objective of course is probe into question of people and something of organization. Research about difference in motives, senses, learning and attitude of people. To probe into behavior and efficacy of group. To advance developing of organization and manage performance. It includes attitude, satisfy job, character, encourage, learning, leadership, communication, power, conflict, culture and structure of organization, power of group. The course discuss about the communication issue from business manager. It introduces the concepts of communication and the practice about communication. The core of the course include the knowledge of communication and structure、theory and models. |
