管理心理旨在探討組織中人與事的問題;從對人員的動機、認知、學習、態度等得個別行動差異之研究,到團體行為與效能之探討,藉以促進組織發展,提昇管理績效。探討之內容包括:態度、工作滿足、性格、知覺、激勵、學習、領導、溝通、權力、衝突、組織文化、組織結構、團體動力學等。從企業經理人的觀點來探討溝通的有關問題,旨在提供學生對溝通知識的了解,並熟悉溝通的實務運用。課程重心涵蓋溝通的本質與觀念性架構,溝通的理論與模型,溝通的規劃、執行與控制,溝通的策略與技能。

English Description
The objective of course is probe into question of people and something of organization. Research about difference in motives, senses, learning and attitude of people. To probe into behavior and efficacy of group. To advance developing of organization and manage performance. It includes attitude, satisfy job, character, encourage, learning, leadership, communication, power, conflict, culture and structure of organization, power of group. The course discuss about the communication issue from business manager. It introduces the concepts of communication and the practice about communication. The core of the course include the knowledge of communication and structure、theory and models.
