市場分析是現代經營管理人才不可缺少的分析技術,亦是現代企業制定行銷策略與經營管理之重要依據。本課程旨在於教導學生如何運用科學方法分析中國大陸市場之特點及運行規律。由個體角度探討大陸生產者與消費者從事市場活動之行為模式,從總體方面探討企業在大陸特殊政治、經濟、社會、文化情勢下所面臨的潛在機會與挑戰。本課程除介紹市場分析之基本方法,亦將搭配個案分析,藉由跨國企業在大陸市場成功之發展策略反觀大陸市場之重要特色。

English Description
The course of Market Analysis is a necessary skill for people who are engaged in modern business management. It is also the important basis by which an enterprise makes its marketing strategy and operates the business. The objective of this course is to guide students to analyise the characteistics and rules in China market by scientific methodes . In microscopic way, we research the economic behavior of producers and consumers in China market. In macroscopic way, we discuss the potential chances and challenges the enterprises need to face. This course not only introduces fundamental way to analyse China market, but also adopts case study to prove the results concluded from the analysis.
