本課程設計之目的在於系統化探討出口行銷以及海外市場有關之議題,具體而言可分為三個部分。首先探討全球市場與行銷環境,其次檢視進入海外市場之可行方式,最後討論海外市場擴充與成長手段。本課程將側重在觀念性策略思考議題,目的在於建立國際出口行銷之思維與觀念,以達到長期海外市場拓展之學習效果,而國際貿易實務操作與流程等問題則非重點所在。除觀念性與理論性傳授外,並將採用部分個案研討以連結理論與實務。

English Description
The purpose of this course is to examine the specific issues involved in entering overseas markets and in conducting export marketing operations on an international basis. More specifically, this course will deal with three major components of a global manager's function: namely global market environment, foreign market entry, and foreign market expansion. This course will concentrate more on strategic issues relating to international marketing operations than technical aspects of exporting, for example. Meanwhile, cases will also be provided as part of teaching material to bridge theoretical framework with reality.
