| 英文概述 English Description | This course is mainly to discuss the way of community empowerment is concerned with achieving a between physical creativity and well-being of the community and to explore the development issues and strategies to cope with. Thus the course including: 1. Definitions, theories, genesis and morphology of the community. 2. Issues and strategies of community development and planning. 3. Neighborhood planning, land subdivision and unit development planning, and public housing and community planning. 4. Community management and maintenance. 5.
