| 英文概述 English Description | The scope of this curriculum encompasses the complete theories of the management of building projects, regarding whole achitectural lifecycle(from planning, design, construction, maintenance, re-construction, to dismantling and material reusage), and its actual implementation methods. Its contents include fundamental concepts and ideas in Project Management, the rating modes and case studies of LifeCycle Management, and introduction to the Management of Technology & Technology Fusion concept that has become widely popular among foreign academics. The scoring for this curriculum will be based upon either two hand-in reports or open-book exams. | |||
