英文概述 English Description | The course aims to (1) understand the definition, essence, and function of human resources development, (2) cultivate the fundamental capability of human resource development. It covers meeting present and emerging human resources challenges, planning and implementing strategic human resource policies, managing work force diversity, recruiting, selecting, and socializing employees, appraising and managing performance, training the work force, managing compensation, developing employee relations and communications, and evaluating the human resources system. The course is conducted through lectures, discussions, field trip activities, and colloquia. |
